Cancellation Policy

 

Below is the percentage, as a proportion of the cost of your stay, that you will be charged for when you cancel or do not show up. It is dependant on how may days before your arrival you cancel:

 

0-2 Days 100% (no refund and this includes no-shows)

3-14 Days 70% ( e.g. 70% of a 3 night stay at £60 per night would be £180 * 0.70 = £126 charge)

15 Days or more Loss of non-refundable reservation charge

Cancellations must be made in writing. 'Days' are calendar days and ignore the time.

Guests should take out travel insurance to cover the cost of their reservation in the event that they cannot attend for any reason.
